A little slice of home

Beth isn’t just a place to eat — it’s a slice of home. Where tables are messy, laughter is loud, and something comforting is always simmering.

We started Beth with one simple belief: food is more than what’s on the plate. It’s about gathering, feeling welcome, and sharing meals with those you care about. Our cooking is inspired by the kitchens we grew up in — where pots bubbled, herbs were within reach, and seconds (or thirds) were a given.

Our food is Italian-European at heart: hearty, honest, and meant to be shared. We cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients and a generous splash of olive oil. From melty sandwiches to slow-cooked pastas, every dish is made with warmth and intention.

At Beth, you’re stepping into our home. Pull up a chair, stay a while. There’s always room at the table.

The people behind Beth

Amanda and Alex are the duo behind Beth — partners in life and in the kitchen.

Amanda believes in the magic of food to bring people together. She learned by cooking with Italian nonnas, reading old cookbooks, and asking questions in every kitchen. Her style is intuitive, rooted in care and feeling.

Alex brings steady hands from years in hotels and F&B, where he honed classic techniques and a sharp eye for detail. His experience across restaurants and bakeries shaped a refined, generous approach to food.

Together, they cook the way they love to eat: unfussy, full of heart, and just a little special — the kind of meals that make people want to stay a while.
